(1939 - 2016)
| Before retiring, Ted was a record company executive. He began carving dioramas, which he sold at a local flea market, in the early 1990's and by the mid 1990's had come to the attention of folk art collectors and decorators alike.|
Ted did many types of carvings and the subject matter was often tongue in cheek. His work is creative and colorful, and often incorporates found objects. Ted's artwork was recognized by the Nova Scotia Folk Art Festival Society, and he participated in many of their festivals. His work is included in the permanent collection of the Beaverbrook Art Gallery.
